Charlotte Native, a Decade Behind the Lens
I’m Thomas McComb, a videographer and photographer based in Charlotte. I spent a decade overseas building Korea by Bike, a content platform with thousands of original photos and videos that grew to a large, loyal audience and a paying membership. I learned firsthand that media only matters when it does a job: earning attention, building trust, and moving someone to act.
I came home to bring that same eye for story and composition to Charlotte. I specialize in getting real people comfortable on camera. Founders, team members, pastors, donors, clients. I draw out the authentic, high-trust story that makes someone pick up the phone. Every project is shot, edited, and delivered by me, so you work directly with the person behind the camera from first call to final files.

Why Work With Me
- I make people comfortable on camera. Most of my subjects aren’t actors — they’re business owners, leaders, and everyday people. My job is to get a genuine, confident story out of them that an audience actually believes.
- Self-contained and professional. I shoot with full-frame Canon mirrorless bodies, a complete lens kit, a DJI Air 3S drone, and a full lighting, audio, and teleprompter rig, so most jobs need no additional crew.
- FAA Part 107 certified. Legal commercial drone operation with LAANC authorization for controlled airspace, which covers most of the Charlotte metro.
- Local and responsive. Based in Charlotte with free travel within 25 miles. You deal with one person, and I respond to every quote request within 24 hours.
- One person, start to finish. I handle the shoot, the edit, and the delivery, so quality and communication stay consistent.
